Adrian Suratos, PT, DPT, MS, GCS has been a physical therapist since 1994 practicing primarily in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in South Florida. He received a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines Manila, a graduate certificate in Gerontology from Florida International University, a post-professional DPT from the University of South Florida, and an MS in Anatomical Sciences Education from the University of Florida. He is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy currently practicing full-time in a SNF in Aventura, Florida. He is also a faculty lab instructor of Clinical Neuroscience and Geriatric PT for the University of St. Augustine Miami. He is an APTA-credentialed Clinical Instructor and has been invited to participate in APTA Academy of Education workgroups on PT clinical education and PTA education. While being furloughed during the pandemic,he built a website dedicated to PT practice in the SNF - www.ptpractice.net.
